I don’t even know where to start with Amanda + Nick’s wedding. It is one of my favorite weddings I’ve ever done for so many reasons. I met Amanda and her wonderful mom who was helping her plan her wedding because Nick is in the Air Force and stationed in Arizona. So Amanda was planning their wedding in New Jersey, as well as planning a move to Arizona right after the wedding, AND finishing up the semester of school. Needless to say she was one of the busiest brides I’ve ever had, but you never would have known. I have never had a happier, more positive bride. She ended up having to have surgery only a couple of days before the wedding, and if I hadn’t seen her with ice packs strapped to her stomach I never would have even known. She stayed upbeat throughout the day, showing off her beautiful smile.

Amanda + Nick started off their day getting ready at Lambertville Station Inn with their bridal party and parents. After Amanda did a first look with her dad it was time for some photos. I was told in advance how much they loved photos together, and to expect their photo mantra.. ‘cheek to cheek!’ And all of their family and friends knew, when anyone said it, they came in nice and close for the photos. It was so cute and fun to see all day. After their beautiful church ceremony, we came back to Lambertville Station Inn for the reception. It was such a fun night, full of love and smiles and laugher. I already said how beautiful Amanda’s smile was, and you can see it throughout these photos because she couldn’t stop smiling all day and night. She told it was because this was the happiest day of her life. And while that may have been true, you can also tell it was because she’s happy all the time, and just part of a family that is full of happiness. This wedding was such a great reminder of why I do what I do. So thank you Amanda + Nick, for allowing me to share in such a special moment in your lives. I will never forget it. pintopinterestpintopinterestpintopinterestpintopinterestpintopinterestpintopinterestpintopinterestpintopinterestpintopinterestpintopinterestpintopinterestpintopinterestpintopinterestpintopinterestpintopinterestpintopinterestpintopinterestpintopinterestpintopinterestpintopinterestpintopinterestpintopinterestpintopinterestpintopinterestpintopinterestpintopinterestpintopinterestpintopinterestpintopinterestpintopinterestpintopinterestpintopinterestpintopinterestpintopinterestpintopinterestpintopinterestpintopinterestpintopinterestpintopinterestpintopinterestpintopinterestpintopinterestpintopinterestpintopinterestpintopinterestpintopinterestpintopinterestpintopinterestpintopinterestpintopinterestpintopinterestpintopinterestpintopinterestpintopinterestpintopinterestpintopinterestpintopinterestpintopinterestpintopinterestpintopinterestpintopinterestpintopinterestpintopinterestpintopinterestpintopinterestpintopinterestpintopinterestpintopinterestpintopinterestpintopinterestpintopinterestpintopinterestpintopinterestpintopinterestpintopinterestpintopinterestpintopinterestpintopinterestpintopinterestpintopinterestpintopinterestpintopinterestpintopinterest

Dorian + Rick got married on an amazing fall day…Halloween to be exact, which just so happens to be my favorite holiday! So it had to be a really special couple for me to work on this day, and there couldn’t have been a more special couple with a special reason. This was a tough one for me. Dorian + Rick were originally supposed to get married the next year, but Dorian’s dad wasn’t doing well health wise. So they moved up the wedding to make sure he could be there to celebrate such a special time in their lives. So they planned their beautiful wedding and really wanted to keep the focus on family. Dorian wanted a wedding that felt like Fall, but wasn’t Halloween themed, so she chose earthy, rich colors like emerald greens and rich oranges. This worked beautifully and really helped to give her day a warm feeling.  She started the day getting ready with her sisters in her childhood home, before heading down the street to St. Stephens Church in Kearny. After a beautiful ceremony, we headed over to The Tides Estate, which is one of my very favorite venues to shoot at. Her dad gave an absolutely beautiful speech, and the night was spent celebrating this perfect couple. Thank you so much for letting me be a part of your wedding day. I am honored that I was able to catch such special moments for you and your family.

I don’t have words to say how much I absolutely loved Taylor + Zack’s wedding! It was fall wedding perfection, with its rustic feel coupled with jewel tones. It wasn’t just beautiful though, it was so much fun! I could instantly tell how close knit this group of family and friends were, and it made for an amazing day; a day full of love, laughter, dancing and nonstop celebration. We started at Taylor’s childhood home, where the bridesmaids and various family members were gathered, including the cutest flower girls! Afterwards we moved to their ceremony and reception site which was at The Conservatory at the Sussex County Fairgrounds. I have never been here before, and it was love at first sight. The conservatory paired with the greenhouse, as well as their green covered grounds, is heaven for a couple looking for a wedding that feels like it’s outdoors even though it’s not. Taylor + Zack took advantage of this by really highlighting the space and using natural elements throughout their decor. They used succulents as escort cards and favors, and moss of the tables. They also ditched a traditional wedding cake and did a bunch of really delicious pies! I’m so happy I got to be a part of your day, and I wish you so much love and happiness for always!

I am reaching out because I am getting married next May at the Sussex Conservatory and came across your site . The date is 5/11/2018. PI am looking for more information on pricing and your availability for the date provided. If you can kindly advise when you have a moment, that would be greatly appreciated.

It’s not often that I get to shoot small intimate weddings, so I was extremely excited to photograph Shayra + Stewart’s wedding in Brooklyn. Their goal was really just to have a small wedding with their nearest and dearest, and they did just that. Their guest list was about 40 people total, so they decided to go to an amazing restaurant for their ceremony and reception. We started off the day with the bride getting ready with just her sister at the Henry Normal Hotel, which if you’ve never been you should definitely check out. It was such a cool little boutique hotel and I loved it. Then we went over to their ceremony and reception site Frankies 457 Spuntino, and there are no words for the amazingness of their food. Their atmosphere is perfect too. It’s super rustic and they have this amazing outdoor space for intimate events. When you want to the back it’s almost like you’re entering a secret garden, so you really feel like you’re in your own world. And to end the night they had one of the best cakes I’ve ever had in my life from Milk Bar. I wanted to steal the entire thing and run away with it! But I did not. I maybe just stole a piece… or two. Thank you so much for inviting me in to your special day you guys!!
